Most assessment reports are designed specifically for the use by psychologists and professionals trained in psychometric testing. In their design of the reports, StaffMatch worked with the actual user, i.e the line manager.

Assessment Battery

Our assessment battery consists of eight assessments, all integrated into one report.

Cognitive Capability

Based on the Stratified Systems Theory (SST), the capability assessment measures whether a candidate has the capacity to solve problems based on the complexity level of the job.

Abilities

Measuring three abilities, Verbal reasoning, Numerical Reasoning, and Accuracy skills.

Mental Agility

The mental agility assessment uses four sub-tests that measures learning potential. The four sub-tests are Logic, Memory, Maths and Shapes.

Behavioural Competencies

A measurement of 67 behavioural competencies, reporting on ten job-specific competencies. The job-specific competencies are labeled to the clients' preferences.

Team Dynamics

Testing the candidates' contribution to the team, i.e. the role they prefer to play in a team. It also measures potential derailers, i.e. how they may behave under pressure and disrupt the team from achieving their goals.

DISC Profile

Based on the work by William Marston, the test measures four behavioural patterns; Drive, Interaction, Stability and Conscientiousness

Competency-based Interview

The candidate must answer six job specific competency-based questions and their answers are reported verbatim.

Executive Summary

The Executive Summary provides the user with an overall job match score based on the criteria formulated in the setup phase. It also reports on the overall Strengths and Risks that was identified in all the assessments
